AS ONE
This piece began as a quiet exploration of balance. Two swans, one black, one white, lean toward each other, their necks forming a soft heart shape, sharing a single body. Inspired by the philosophy of yin and yang, the sculpture reflects the idea that harmony is not found in perfection or symmetry, but in movement, adjustment, and coexistence. The twin swans are imagined as guardians of a lake, protectors of a fragile equilibrium. Red ribbons and floral details wind across their forms, while a small cygnet rests at the center, sheltered by their wings. Hand-sculpted and carefully hand-painted in layered gradients, the transition between light and dark is intentionally seamless, neither side dominating the other. The piece holds a sense of quiet strength, reminding us that grace comes from embracing both sides of ourselves.
